About this property

Be our guest at this Frank Lloyd Wright inspired concrete and glass house. We call it the “bridge” house (it’s constructed like a bridge). The interior decor is industrial chic, like a New York City Loft. There are amazing views of the lake from the master bedroom, patio and just about everywhere else. Large dock, bring your boat, there is space to park your boat trailer. Swim, fish, kayak, make smore’s in the fire-pit.

The space

You will not want to leave it’s so relaxing and comfortable. If you are working from home, we have a workstation with HDMI cable and hi-res monitor and Spectrum Wi-Fi. Do you have any vinyl records? Bring them!!! (Or play the records that are there). We resurrected our vintage stereo equipment for you. We have puzzles and games for you as well for your off time. Polish your Foosball skills! Grill and eat outside on the large teak table. Afterwards sit on the dock or patio with a fire, watch the sunset, enjoy a beverage (teak cooler on the patio).

While we love them, we cannot host cats. Several members of our team are highly allergic. If cats are in the home, there will be a $500 fee, no exceptions

***We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. We use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the suite. The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be on the property at any given time. There is a $1000 fee for any parties or gatherings. We do utilize local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense. This is a smoke free property. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home. There is a $1000 fee for smoking inside.***

We are happy to host dogs for a non-refundable fee of $50 per pet.

Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 7 am. Please be respectful of our neighbors as they are permanent residents.
