Welcome

We supply a starter set of products such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and dishwasher and laundry detergent. It is the renter’s responsibility to purchase more if they run out.

We supply propane for the fire tables and grill. You are welcome to refill them if you need more!

We provide all linens, towels, and bedding.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. We provide pots, pans, bakeware, blender, cookware, and utensils. There are 2 types of coffee makers: Keurig and Automatic Drip. If there is something you are missing, please let us know and we will do our best to get it for you. Please be respectful of the kitchen equipment and treat it as your own. If you break something, please let us know. Please wash all used dishes, either by hand or using the dishwasher, prior to check out. Please take all food items out of the pantry, cabinets, and fridge/freezer. All food left behind (other than condiments) will be thrown away promptly at the time of check out.

We provide all linens, bath towels, several beach towels (these are the responsibility of the renter to wash/dry/fold upon check out) and bedding. The spare linens are located in the master bedroom closet and in the downstairs room with the 2 single beds. There is also a cot in the single bedroom, as well as 3 queen-sized sleeper sofas (2 upstairs in the main living area and 1 downstairs).

We provide Smart TV’s with access to streaming channels such as Netflix and ATT Now. You have full access to hundreds of shows, movies, and even podcasts. We ask that if you use your personal login information on any of our devices, that you log out prior to checking out. We are not responsible if you leave your account logged in. Please do not change any settings on our smart devices.

There is a washer and dryer in the home. We provide laundry detergent. If you use the washer and dryer, please be mindful of how much detergent you use. Please clean the lint trap in the dryer after every use as it can be a fire hazard if not cleaned after every cycle.

We are happy to host up to TWO furry family members with approval prior and payment of a nonrefundable pet fee prior to check in. No cats are permitted. We do ask that you not allow pets on the furniture or bedding.

Please clean up after your pet. This includes all toys, waste, food, and pet hair. Please rinse your pet off outside after playing in the lake and/or beach.

Our cleaning staff strives to make sure the property is in pristine condition for all of our guests and will charge an additional cleaning fee if there is excessive pet hair or pet waste left behind.

The outside trash and recycle cans are in the street by the driveway. Please bag all trash. Trash Pick-up is every Thursday.

As a reminder, check out is at 10 am. Our cleaning team will arrive promptly at 10:10 am to begin preparing the home for the next guest.

Check Out Steps:

1. Leave bed as you just rolled out of them

2. Leave towels on bathroom floors

3. Check all drawers/closets for clothing items

4. If you moved any furniture, please return to the place you found it

5. Load dishwasher and run; Wash up any stray dishes, pots or pans

6. Clean out the fridge of all food

7. Take all trash to the outside trash cans

8. All lake toys and outdoor equipment should be put back where they belong. Kayaks/boats are turned upside down on the rack.

Please be sure that you have packed all of your belongings. When you are ready to check out, simply send us a message letting us know you have vacated and lock the door behind you when you leave.
